  Nice staff. Van was dirty inside, brake lights did not work, back doors very very hard to close. Constant beeping in the van saying the doors were open.

  A deeply surreal, liminal experience. Walking into the office felt like I’d clipped through reality directly into the Backrooms, trapped in an infinite loop of beige walls with a 17-year-old apprentice trying to film a "Day in the Life of a Corporate Drone" YouTube video. The vibes were uniquely unsettling, but to be fair, once I escaped the existential dread of the waiting room, the actual van they gave me was decent and did the job perfectly. Come for the solid motor, stay for the psychological thriller.

  It was a nice enough car, clean inside but filthy outside. The problem was that as far as the office went, the left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing and we had a number of contradictory phone calls. But we were happy enough with the hire as far as it went and the insurance company picked up the bill, so no biggy.

  Absolutely shocking experience – avoid at all costs. We booked a 7-seater for the long Easter weekend well in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable service. When I arrived to collect the car, I was told it hadn’t been returned yet. Annoying, but I was asked to come back just before closing time, which I did. At that point, I was told the only vehicle available was a 9-seater transit. Not ideal at all, but given the situation and timing, I felt like I had no real choice. It got worse from there. When we went to take the vehicle, we were suddenly informed that the insurance excess was £2200 — even for something as minor as a stone chip on the windscreen. This was never mentioned beforehand. The only way to reduce it to £200 was to pay an extra £131 on the spot. Feeling pressured and with no alternatives, I paid it “just to be safe” — but honestly, it felt like a complete scam. To top it off, the vehicle itself was clearly not ready. We were told it had just come back from a repair centre, and it showed. It hadn’t been properly cleaned — just a quick rinse on the outside — and the inside was still very dusty and unpleasant. Overall, extremely poor communication, misleading information, and unacceptable vehicle condition. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
