Received a parking ticket, disabled blue badge holder but failed to walk into hotel to register although no signage to do this. I wrongly assumed as I was charging my vehicle for only 20mins the parking fee would be waived. You live and learn. No point appealing as Parking Eye dismiss any appeals out of hand.

Charging worked fine, but you need to register your vehicle at the hotel reception to prevent them inappropriately charging you a £60 parking fine. Not much point in appealing - bit of a racket to be honest. Also no consideration of blue badge holders in the appeal process. Not great business practices from ParkingEye (the car park owner).
Firstly, it is located in a paid car park, so you've got that to contest with too if you want to use - not that it is even worth doing, tried both charger units, both connected to the car but then failed to impart any charge at all, doing nothing but garnering me a pair of authorisation fees that are yet to be returned.
Avoid!
Don't charge at this place.
The RFID didn't work, repeatedly pre-authorized card.
I wasted 15 minutes trying to pay and took a 60£ fine during this time :)
Nice scam.

Repeatedly pre authorised card, started charging then quickly stopped. Called them and reported it, they said it shows as working so to try again. Exactly same problem. Avoid avoid avoid!
