  I arranged car hire, pre paid, added full insurance, went for screen and tyre extra cover, went through pre check in the day before to expedite procedure, turned up promptly at 0800hrs to be told, the computer says NO . and only with a credit card could I hire the car, no explanation as to why my debit Visa card was not acceptable, even though all previous payments went through with no problems. I have no credit card . So today has been a disaster, rescheduling a vital hospital appointment, cancelled visits to my grandchildren, missed various meetings. I will never use this company again and will inform anyone who requires car hire to look elsewhere.

  I picked up a car after someone reversed into mine and the guy’s insurance provided a hire car from Enterprise. They picked me up from my home to the office and when I got there, they quickly sorted the car for me with minimum of fuss. Once my own car was ready and I took it back, Ian was wonderful and sorted everything out quickly. Stacey then dropped me back home. Excellent, efficient, professional and polite from start to finish. Thank you.

  Kofi and the team in enterprise are by far the best customer service I’ve had for a while. After my car blew up on me and in desperate need of transport I called every office between Winchester and the new forest and couldn’t sort anything. But kofi and the team came to the rescues. I arrived late but they still saw me and assured me everything was ok. Sorted me out a lovely car , lovely drive was sad to give it back. Would definitely recommend

  I would especially like to thank the Enterprise Poole team for their help. There was a member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but she had a tattoo on her finger. She went out of her way to help me and did everything she could to assist me, which genuinely meant a lot to me. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience. I really appreciate the effort she made and wanted to make sure her excellent customer service was recognised. Thank you to her and to the whole Enterprise Poole team!

  We were given an electric van for a work job on Monday, despite needing a diesel. Enterprise promised to swap it for five days straight and never did. The van simply isn't fit for purpose when fully loaded. Bournemouth to Southampton is under 100 miles, yet the van couldn't manage it on a full load without needing a charge. We ended up spending hundreds of pounds on charging just to go nowhere. On top of that, it's painfully slow — it struggles to get up to any reasonable speed, which is a serious problem for a work vehicle. Customer service was atrocious throughout. Five days of promises with no action and no accountability. Rubbish van hire — we won't be using them again.
