  Vehicle not ready at booked time. Vehicle damage externally and internally was extreme and not fully recorded. Other faults were only found whilst driving. The vehicle was not cleaned internally. Previous rentee had left their trade plates in the vehicle which had to be picked up later which asks the question what cleaning did take place as they were fairly obvious. Asked for refund but told as I prepaid it was difficult to do. No compensation offered for my disrupted travel arrangements. Offered a discount on a future rental but in my opinion a refund and compensation should be standard and the discount should be for the state of the vehicle.

  Very courteous and helpful staff. Great company but a little on the expensive side. The perks for regular customers should be enhanced to get more clientele and retain loyalty to the brand. All relations are give and take, so giving a bit more perks to regular and new clients would do good to the business. Also they changed cars every 2-3years. It would be good to offer the cars first to their customers and then dispose them in bulk, that I think will get them more loyal customers.

  Absolutely poor and appalling service Told I would get a car only to be called late at night that ni car was available and I would have to sort out myself No empathy just there is no car available sort out yourself

  My insurance company arranged for a car from Enterprise after a deer ran across the road. It ran off. Having rented cars from several different companies in the past I was pleasantly surprised by Enterprise’s good service, especially the collection and return service. Special thanks go to Sam, Oliver and Maria for making the whole process smooth and easy.
