Oliver was just keen to get off the phone to avoid the complaint. Consequential loses not covered, seems they dont care for impact to their customers.

Tried that but all it does is send me to dmfines email address whom ive contacted over and over again with no reply. Even got the branch manager to email them and they ignored him as well. The fine was in a Travelodge in Cheltenham in October 2023. The mileage I did that day does not reflect me being able to get to Cheltenham and back. If its not paid next Friday Bailiffs are going to come and take stuff from my house. My credit score has already suffered significantly. Proper stressed Avoid at all costs
