  I cannot recommend this branch enough. Once again, Naz and Ray delivered an absolute world-class customer service. I regularly choose to hire cars from this specific location solely because the staff consistently goes above and beyond. They are incredibly hardworking individuals who make the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. On top of the fantastic service, the vehicles provided have been immaculate, reliable, and a pleasure to drive on every single occasion. A special thank you goes out to Naz and Ray for their wonderful support. I will definitely will be back.

  Terrible customer service service management is rude I booked a car with full payment payed and I don’t know I had to be there at a certain time it said collect on this day as I had already paid for 10 days including this and gave it to someone else to rent so disappointed as I’m now without any car I will never use this company again don’t bother wasting your time or hard earned money go somewhere else you have been warned

  My car broke down on a Saturday. By Monday, it was fixed. But between those two moments, Enterprise made sure life didn't stop. The booking was easy, the car was excellent, the staff were professional, and the entire process was exactly as it should be. No stress. No surprises. No chasing. Just a company quietly doing everything right when I needed it most. In a world full of promises, Enterprise delivered. Thank you.

  The upgrade to a Merc C class was appreciated. The car was excellent in all driving conditions. My only gripe was the volume setting for the sat nav was very low and it was not obvious how to increase the volume. More help with setting this up before the journey would have been a great help.

  Whilst I have usually got a good service from Enterprise I feel I should warn others that when things go wrong you won't always get the help you expect. Story time ... picked up a 9 seater in Plymouth for family trip to Cornwall on Wednesday. Van died a day into the holiday at 6pm Thursday, with family including 3 kids and 93 yr old with mobility issues stranded in town. Called the roadside assistance number, directed me to RAC Renault, who came out at 7.30 am next morning. Bear in mind I have to taxi up and down between carpark where van is and our cottage miles away. RAC can't get into van, battery dead, no spare key in the keyfob (clicker thingy) like there should be. Dead battery nothing we had done. Call Enterprise at 8am Friday morning to ask for some kind of replacement and to tell them their van is parked, now overdue, in a private carpark. They say they will try to arrange recovery and also arrange us a replacement vehicle. I hear nothing all morning so start to call them, finally someone answers at 2.30pm puts me on hold for over 15 minutes so I hang up. I call them again at 5.45pm Friday and am told they can't get hold of another vehicle and have passed it to the out of hours team. Van is still not recovered either. Saturday passes, no call. It's Monday am and I am now home in London, have spent over £100 on taxis, missed out on all the trips we planned to Eden and St Ives etc and have heard nothing from Enterprise, not even a courtesy call. I even seem to have been charged an extra day! While on hold I hear all these sound bites about customer service being so important to them, they have the vehicle we want! Gauling while I'm stranded with 3 kids, partner and an elderley relative with mobility issues having to taxi around to the local beach each day (there are no 7 seaters where we were so double trips needed) and miss out on our holiday plans. I would not be complaining if just once someone had called me to explain what was going on or discuss compensation or check we were OK. Frankly I now expect 100% refund and even maybe an offer on next rental. Otherwise Enterprise have just lost a customer. A formal complaint has been made.
