  This was my fourth time hiring from Enterprise, and once again the experience was excellent. On my previous three occasions I hired passenger vehicles, while this time I needed a cargo van to help with moving home. The booking process has always been simple and straightforward, and as a Blue Light Card holder, receiving a 10% discount is certainly an added perk. What I particularly appreciate about Enterprise is the customer service. The staff have always been cordial, friendly and professional, making the whole process from collection to return completely hassle free. The van was exactly what I needed for the house move and made what could have been a stressful day considerably easier. Four hires and four positive experiences. I would happily use Enterprise again and would certainly recommend the Perth branch. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  From collecting my hire car to returning it was an easy operation. Staff were brilliant answering all of my questions and they ensured I was happy and content. Lovely car supplied too.

  I had rented a car from another place in Perth as I had to drive to Loch Tay(I did not know Enterprise were there then) - my train delayed so I could not get t Perth before they closed the office so had to cancell that booking. I was due at a wedding so frantically searched and discovered Enterprise (Google advertised it as van hire and I thought a van would do actually it is car hire). The number was the call center - an incredibly helpful lady I wish I knew her name worked miracles! She sent an email to the branch - arranged to have them collect me at the station and booked a car - she said not to give my credit card as I was on a train! on arrival i was collected by a very nice gentleman then given a beautiful car in tip top condition - fast admin and he helped set up the technology for radio and maps- on my return quick turnover and a ride to the station with another young friendly young man- Amy I think was in branch so efficient - many many thanks to you all will highly recommend you. And the car was half the price as was the full insurance.

  The drop off and pick up experience was effortless, and why I chose to rent with you again. The staff was excellent. The car was clean and I even got an upgraded car.
