After RAC advised a hire car was the best option to get home you couldn't have been more helpful, sorting a taxi to get my husband and son the considerable distance from out lodge to your depot and then staying an hour after you should have closed just to make sure they got a car and could get home. Thank you so much, it was a long stressful day but they were home by 10pm and wouldn't have been without your kind help. My husband wishes he could remember the name of the man he was dealing with but he was a little stressed at the time so I hope this feedback reaches you! Thank you, no one wants to stay late after work so we are very grateful!
