Left me high and dry and they said the refund would come within 7 days. It’s been a week and still nothing. I then called and was told it would rather take 7-10 working days (which is not what they initially said). Called customer service and their background was really nosy, when I told her she said she’s in a call centre and there’s nothing she can do and cut the call on me! Horrible experience all around, would not recommend neither the branch itself or the company

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Cars have been clean and well presented.

Went back, employee took it sainsbury's and said he had sorted tyres. Light came back on after 10 minutes driving. Got home and called office to be told I should just override it which I did but said I was not happy driving to London. Light came on again as we got onto M4. What was already a stressful day for me was made so much worse but not knowing if the van was safe to drive. Would not hire from here again as nobody seemed at all bothered about my worries. Very disappointed to have paid all the extras.
