  Excellent experience with enterprise Oxford. Yves and the team were a dream to deal with, very helpful and professional and caring. Car was fabulous an all round excellent experience do not hesitate! This is my go to rental co as an Oxford local with only a bike for day to day.

  I was given a car that had a nail in the Tyre, when the Tyre went flat I was made to wait 6 hours for it to be fixed at a mechanic. Good customer service would’ve been to give me a new car and fix the Tyre yourself. I made an official complaint on the online chat system, haven’t received an email back from the manager. Email was chosen as my method of communication due to being a traveler- I can’t make or receive phone calls. Just turned my SIM on and have two voicemails from enterprise Oxford asking how the car was and that the York office said when I dropped it off everything was fine. I infact told the York office that I was displeased with being given a car with a nail in it and being made to sort that out myself. They clearly didn’t pass that on. The voicemail was about charging me money because I didn’t return the car with a full tank. Never mind the whole day of travel I lost waiting for a mechanic to fix the Tyre! Having a full tank is far more important.

  I arrived early and checked in. After checking in, I was told to wait until the scheduled rental time. However, even after the scheduled time, the car wasn't handed over. I waited 50 minutes after the check-in time had ended. When I mentioned this to the person who checked me in, it seemed they had forgotten, and I was immediately shown to my car.

  Enterprise Car Rental truly excels. Their service is commendable, offering excellent vehicles and exceptionally helpful staff who thoroughly explained all details. I am very satisfied with the services Enterprise provided. I would be pleased to rent a car from them again in the future and anticipate the same high level of service. I simply wish to express my gratitude for everything. I want to thank Will, who got me the car.

  I booked and paid for a van, but to my utter frustration, they cancelled the reservation the day before. This has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I still have not received a refund, which is absolutely bewildering. I have yet to hear from Benjamin or Yves. It seems that my calls and emails have been completely ignored. As you see from below they make getting refund difficult. Why not just cancel on app and refund. Look it up guys!!! Can’t be that hard Obviously don’t book if you would rather avoid just paying for no can and being stuffed
