  Staff were really friendly. There was a delay in our vehicle and staff did all they could to help. They discounted my hire charge as well.

  When I rented a car, there was only 8 liters of gasoline in the tank. This was a serious problem. The staff simply told me to return it with the same amount. However, since I had no idea how far I would be driving, it was impossible to return it with exactly the same amount of fuel. Throughout the trip, I kept worrying about the fuel level, wondering if they would refuse to refund me later. Unfortunately, my fears turned out to be true. When I returned the car, there were about 13 liters of gasoline left in the tank, so I asked for a refund. However, the staff member told me that, according to Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s policy, they do not refund excess fuel. I repeatedly argued that this was unacceptable, but the staff member insisted that it was the policy for all locations and then walked away. Frustrated, I called customer service, and they informed me that the company’s official policy is to rent out cars with a full tank, but if the tank is not full at the time of rental, they will refund the difference. This made me furious, realizing that the staff member had lied and tried to deceive me. I believe that this female employee is damaging Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s brand image. I sent email twice and called for complaints 3 times but no answer for 3 months. I gave up since this is wasting my time. Pls be careful of Cowley Enterprise Car & Van. So many complaints with no action taken!

  Got a fine i payed the fine and i got charged by enterpise same amount to many hiden fees never to use this company ever agin

  Emailed me the morning of the day that my car hire would begin on (after I had left the house) to tell me that I needed a credit card for nebulous reasons that they could not explain to me. My bank account does not have a credit card, only debit, and I was given no options whatsoever to pay when I arrived. Even offering to pay the deposit in full was rejected; the "system" had determined that I needed a credit card and there was apparently nothing the employees could do about it.
