    The true measure of any supplier is how the respond when things go wrong. My van wasn't available due to an earlier hirer having an accident. Enterprise Didcot chased up a replacement and provided an appropriate level of discount to allow my to compensate others who suffered disruption. Truly excellent even though we all suffered as a result of an unrelated incident.

    Booked and paid for a car online to pick up same day. They called me 15 minutes later to say no car is Available for 5 days. I assume they will refund. No alternative offered. Pretty poor service really for a hire company

    Very disappointing experience Very poor service from Enterprise Didcot. My friend booked a vehicle in advance and paid, but when we arrived, the booked vehicle was not available. We were then told that even a 7-seater was unavailable. This had also happened to him previously, and the refund took around 1.5 months. If Enterprise cannot provide a confirmed booking, customers should be informed in advance and refunded promptly. Taking payment and leaving customers without a vehicle at collection is extremely frustrating. Very disappointing service and booking process.

    I recently hired a car for a 10 day trip down to Cornwall, the booking process was very straight forward and I considered it excellent value for money. When I arrived home n Didcot to collect car Jamie explained all the costs and was very open and transparent about the choices I had open to me and also provided me with all the required information I need during the hire term. Unfortunately I suffered some minor delays in my journey home but Jamie very kindly waited for me to arrived back which was very much appreciated. Overall and excellent service accompanied with professional customer service, I will certainly use Enterprise in the future and recommend to friends.
