- DBdarren bowles3 days ago1.0I pre booked a van to move house weeks ago for an 8am pick up time only to be told the at 4:45pm the night before I move my van won't be available until the afternoon leaving me without a van to move house or time to arrange another one. I'm still waiting for my refund to land in my account.

The requested car was upgraded to a more luxurious car - much appreciated! Also appreciated being able to return the car to a local Enterprise office in Newport - again , nothing was too much trouble . My payment was adapted to reflect changes to original booking and accurately corrected on my credit card within hours of completing the transaction together with final invoice. Very efficient.

Had multiple calls, emails and messages in the morning saying they had no availability despite me receiving a confirmation previously. Fortunately, a local company, Bicester Car & Van Rental, came to the rescue at short notice and were straightforward and a pleasure to deal with (they would’ve been my first choice but a bit further for me location wise). Over a month and still no refund from Enterprise who have stopped replying to me. They may advertise at lower prices but no guarantee your reservation will be fulfilled - so what good is that?
