  Skye Thorpe was a brilliant ambassador for Enterprise car hire. After a stressful car breakdown and dealings with the RAC it was an enormous relief to find such a warm charming person phoning from Enterprise car hire and then collecting us and driving back to Bicester. Initially no car was available but Skye recommeded time spent in Bicester village upmarket shopping centre. A very enjoyable eye opener before being collected at the village 90 minutes later by Skye in the car we drove home over the next three hours. A comfortable ride with all our luggage safe in the boot. Car collection from our home was equally easy and efficient the next day.

  Extremely poor customer service I was unfairly charged for damage that I did not cause, and my concerns were not handled professionally. The situation was made worse when the branch manager admitted the damage was pre-existing The staff clearly need training in both inspection procedures and customer service. Zero responses from the branch manager and staff despite numerous emails. Visits to the branch were met with ‘he is unavailable and will call you back!” Needless to say he didn’t The whole experience was disappointing frustrating and very expensive for what should have been a simple business transaction.

  Hired two vans for my house move. One from Aldershot Enterprise and one from Bicester Enterprise. There was an issue with the Bicester branch being rude, unprofessional and not releasing pending charges which the Bicester branch should have rung me and sorted but they hadn't 2 weeks later that the Aldershot branch had to sort. This mirrors what my colleagues and friends experience whenever they hire from Bicester Enterprise. No one I know who have used Bicester Enterprise would use them personally or professionally if they didn't have to. I don't think myself or colleagues every had a vehicle from them which had a full tank of fuel. My whole experience with Bicester Enterprise was horrendous and I'd be pushing people to go somewhere else. The service and professionalism shown at Aldershot Enterprise was fantastic and I would be hiring from them again.

  Very disappointing experience. I booked and prepaid for a rental car through Expedia with a confirmed collection time. When I arrived, the branch was closed, and when I returned on the next business day, I was refused the vehicle because I had missed the scheduled pickup. The booking confirmation did not clearly state that the branch would be closed at my collection time or that I would lose my reservation and receive no refund if I arrived shortly afterwards. I believe the booking system should not allow customers to reserve a vehicle at a time when collection is not realistically possible, or it should clearly warn them of the consequences. I was left without a vehicle and without a fair solution. I expected much better customer service and flexibility. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch.
