    Firstly I have had amazing experiences at other Enterprise sites however, my Enterprise Banbury experience has been poor. They took £500 from my credit card on the day of collection. The deposit is usually £200 as it was not a premium vehicle. They then took a further £100 on the date of return. They did not reply to my emails and I received no response from my logged complaint which has been escalated and I'm still waiting for an explanation. If you use Banbury please check your statement very carefully.

    I was provided a replacement car from the insurance. Enterprise was extremely flexible in amending the return date as the repairing centre delayed the release of the car and offered to pick up the returned vehicle at the repairing centre so that I could leave the enterprise car and take back mine.
