  Absolutely outstanding service from the Enterprise Middleton team. I needed a car at very short notice, and Toko handled the initial booking brilliantly. Although they didn’t have a suitable vehicle on site at the time, he went out of his way to source one specifically for me and had it available within just a couple of hours. That level of effort and customer service was genuinely appreciated. Ali then dealt with the collection and provided an excellent handover. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and he took the time to show me how to use the vehicle’s features, which was especially helpful as the car had quite a lot of electronic functions and technology. When I returned the vehicle, Imran looked after the process and, again, the service was first class. The return was quick and straightforward, and he took a genuine interest in my experience, asking plenty of questions to make sure everything had gone well. I use Enterprise regularly and have dealt with a number of branches over the years, but I have to say that my first experience with the Middleton branch has genuinely been the best so far. The whole team were professional, helpful, efficient and clearly focused on providing excellent customer service. A massive thank you to Toko, Ali and Imran. I’ll definitely be using the Middleton branch again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
