  The service received from the agents on pick up and return of the premium SUV was excellent. Very happy. The only thing I was disappointed with was how dirty the exterior was. The interior was spotless though. I’d rented the vehicle to take my daughter to her wedding so had to spend about an hour and a half cleaning it which was disappointing considering it was a premium vehicle.

  I've rented many cars from many different companies but the few times I've booked from Enterprise near York train station have been the smoothest and offered the best customer service. I appreciated the call from the office after I'd made the booking, the opportunity to check in ahead of time, and also the offer of a pick up from the train station and then back again at the end of the rental. Each stage of a booking has been efficient and professional from a keen and friendly team - would recommend.

  Friendly and efficient service, well-maintained and clean car - overall positive experience. Shuttle service to/from York station is a nice touch though frequency seems variable.

  Been using this company for a long time using vans & cars. Superb customer service used on 09/06/2026. For a trip to Heathrow airport. Ben the assistant manager was dealing with my 7 seater vehicle. Rental. Superbly handled very good customer service I would highly recommend

  Absolutely disgusted by the York Train Station branch. Called me and told me the car was due for return (absolutely fine) we had extended twice. The woman informed me I was paying an inflated price, apparently due to demand. I questioned this and said I would return the car and contacted Carlisle branch. Ryan at Carlisle literally laughed at the price I was paying so I informed them I do not want to extend, I would return the vehicle. I then contacted customer services to raise the dispute on the charges, while on the phone the York branch took £360 out of my account without my authorisation or permission, while I was on the phone to customer services. Absolutely disgusting that they can just dip in to your account, without your permission, especially while you contesting and disputing charges. This will be raised with the police and the FCA.
