  Booked for 10am. Company called to adjust booking to 11am. On arrival, company refused car as we did not have a physical debit or credit card. We offered digital credit card which was accepted by all other car rental companies on our trip so far. The staff member suggested that there is nothing stopping us from calling the bank to dispute a transaction which puts the business at risk. The digital card contains a card number, expiry and code, an assumption that we would dispute a transaction is unusual and confrontational. This seems opinionated based on prior experiences rather than fair for a customer. This was not communicated to us beforehand. At which point we could have arranged alternative trains earlier in the day to make our destination. No alternative or assistance offered. We were left in the waiting room to figure it out ourselves. Requested refund, as we booked through Expedia we were told to figure out the refund on our own. Note this was paid for in advance. This was incredibly stressful for us and could have been handled better by the staff. I suggest reviewing this process and how it’s handled, I.e further alternatives or assistance given specifically around travel advice, support for other deposit options and more knowledge and advice on refund processes.

  I’ve used this company before, but I’d strongly recommend being very careful if you’re using this particular branch. The staff were very unprofessional. In my case, the car was given to me wet and it wasn’t properly checked over with me, so I wasn’t able to inspect it properly. The next day, they pointed out a barely noticeable mark and held me responsible for it. The alloy wheels already had scratches before I even received the car, but the staff made no effort to look into the situation or consider the condition of the car when I collected it. My advice is to be extremely careful and thoroughly check the whole car before driving away. Take photos and videos of everything, even the smallest marks, otherwise you could end up losing your deposit over damage that was already there.

  *** Be Aware!!! They added insurance on the car that I was unaware of till drop off. I needed to rent just a car here. And mentioned to the manager that it was all I needed , I didn’t book online and I just showed up in person. He asked if I wanted a specific type of insurance and I said no. Just the car”. He smiled and agreed and I went on my way. I checked the email I got when I had wifi (2 hours later) and realized he added DW - Damage waiver for 20 pounds per day. Which is not what I thought was implied. I guess if my bad for not asking for the specifics on the spot but it was implied by my asking “I just want the car, nothing else” 2x that I wasn’t getting this option added. It really crushed my budget because the CAD wasn’t doing well and really left a poor taste in my mouth. Nice people but being fooled like this doesn’t make me feel good

  Fantastic service from Milly & Keagan! A massive thank you to Milly and Keagan at Enterprise on Leeman Road for taking such great care of us today. We hired a van while picking up some of the last-minute bits and finishing touches for our new home, and the whole experience couldn’t have been easier. From picking the van up at 10am through to returning it around 3pm, Milly and Keagan were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout. The service was exactly what you want from a van rental company, straightforward, welcoming and completely hassle-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everything really easy for us on what was already a busy day. Brilliant customer service and a genuinely great experience. We’d happily use Enterprise Leeman Road again. Thanks again, Milly and Keagan!

  Great service. Staff were friendly and Ben in particular was very helpful showing us the features in the car and explaining the payment and insurance. The car was clean and well maintained. No problems at all - easy collection and return.
