My 91 yr old Mum's car, left forever in her garage, had a completely flat tyre when I looked at it this morning. I rang Platinum and they came out this afternoon, Ian was so great and very kind - we couldn't find the locking wheel nut, searched everywhere but think it was thrown out.
Ian was really kind to Mum who was upset about having lost it.
Despite all the trouble gone to for nothing, there was no charge and just kind words for Mum.
