  They tried to rip me. Off they said I needed 2 drop links along with 5 other faults 2 new tyres which we’re legal I took my car to another garage my mot had 2 advisories for 1 tyre

  I came in this morning for a wheel alignment. When I arrived, the receptionist saw that my vehicle is a long wheelbase van but didn’t mention any issues and asked me to wait for an hour. During that time, several mechanics walked past my van and also didn’t raise any concerns about its size. When it was finally my turn, one of the mechanics drove my van onto the ramp and only then realised it was too big for their equipment. This is extremely unprofessional. Staff should be aware of their equipment limitations and inform customers immediately if a vehicle cannot be accommodated. Instead, I ended up wasting an hour of my time for nothing.
