- JLJack LoganOct 8, 20265.0Really good people, booked car in for alignment and explained that I had a problem with vibration in steering wheel when going 70 , they told me that my wheel bearing and track rod end was faulty and offered refund for the alignment , Didn't charge me anything Good honest garage ! So I can now get them fixed I'll definitely be back when I have got it fixed Highly recommend
- MHMark HarrisonSep 22, 20261.0Had been going to this Tyre Spot for years. Now it's a Pro Tyre with a new manager. Booked an online appointment, they called to change it short notice. They wouldn't send a confirmation e-mail. I arrived 15 mins late (sorry!) but they said they needed car for 4 hours for an MOT/ small service. Didn't think it would be a big deal, but they turned me away, said they can't do it anymore. Even though there was 3 mechanics standing in the sun chatting on. Then I said I'll just cancel and go elsewhere, and the desk claim they can't process refunds. I run a sports club and I can process refunds from my phone; but this "business" can't apparently.
