    Absolutely disgusting!!! Booked a van online payed £240 for a week hire they took monies Then to receive telephone call next day and informed there was no van available Asked for refund they said it takes 3/5 working days We’re now in week 3 and still no refund returned when spoke to employee just get told “were working on it “ AVOID terrible company and appalling customer service care

    Khaleel from Enterprise Worksop recently came to collect hire car that I used whilst my own car was being repaired. He was very informative about the Hyundai that I used. He is a credit to your company, providing me with lots of information and reassurance about the car I used. He was also extremely courteous and very charismatic and reassuring. Thank you.

    Very disappointing. I paid for the rental and received the car dirty. When I complained, I was told it was the only car available. That’s not an excuse—if you’re charging customers, the car should be clean and ready to use. Not acceptable.

    On the day of pickup I was shown to my hire vehicle which was a Luton Van with tail lift. I wasn’t shown how to use the tail lift when picking up, I had to figure it out myself. I found that the tail lift was defective. Sometimes would lower without issue but others it would drop a little and then one side would stop completely. I hired the van to move house and this was a little frustrating as I had to put my boxes and furniture on the tail lift whilst in a raised position then climb onto the tail lift to put in the back of the van. I did mention this upon returning the vehicle. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the rental, the ease of booking, the follow up call after booking, the meet and greet was ok (see above) and the drop off was good as well. I would most definitely hire a vehicle again based on the majority of the above.
