I had another great experience with Enterprise. I recently hired a van and the whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and I was very happy with the vehicle and the overall service. I have rented from Enterprise several times before and have always had a good experience. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise for future rentals and would happily recommend them to others.

Returned my vehicle on the day specified. Filled the car to the mileage of fuel that it was given to with. I was then told I had to pay £30 to rectify the fuel as it has a full tank when I received it, however it did not. My dad went in and spoke to the girl that dealt with the return, to be greeted with a bad attitude. When my dad told her that he would be leaving a review, she replied "fill your boots" No attitude to have when dealing with customers.

My Daughter was supplied with a car from this branch from her insurance company , 1 st problem it was surposed to be a 7 seater but they didn't have one so she accepted a 5 seater , on collecting the car it had just under 3/4 tank of fuel ,the guy who dealt with her said just return it with the same amount in .... now when the car was returned it had just over 3/4 and they charged her £30 and would not listen , I went in and complained with no joy, the women dealing with her was very rude and when I told her I was going to leave a bad review her reponce was ...Fill ya Boots. Terrible attitude then we get a copy of the invoice / contract they are sending to the insurance company and they have billed them for a 7 seater . Absolute rip offs , stay away from this branch !!!!!
