    1st time using this branch. I booked a compact car for 6pm yesterday and rang ahead to say I'll be 10 minutes late due to waiting for a lift. I am aware they close soon after and apologized. The employee then stated there was a problem with my address and debit card (I have never had this problem before and have used the Rotherham branch in the past).Anyway, she went on to explain I now need a credit card for it to work. I explained I don't own a credit card. I asked if it could be in someone else's name; she said no (understandable). So it resulted in the booking having to be canceled. As you can imagine, when using a car hire it is for a reason... and this did not help at all.

    Friendly team, who provides a very nice customer service experience, full support and flexibility given through the hire process, from start to end. Definitely, I'll go for their car hire service again and strongly recommend, 5 stars plus!

    The Worksop branch are terrible. Bad service all round from start to finish of my journey, poor communication with the third parties that they work with , promised my courtesy car and it arrived four days later, constantly chasing my insurance company on their behalf , hounded by their admin team who tried to take an amount out of my bank account that was not my bill to pay but my insurance company , caused me to have to drive 50 miles to a branch of my bank to speak with someone, ladies at the admin desk were so rude demanding I pay a bill that was not my responsibility to pay , after taking the money from my account, phone me up a few days later and leave me a voicemail saying it wasn’t my fault ( which I knew ) no apology whatsoever… I will be putting in a formal complaint to their head office / CEO .
