I made an appointment online and duly arrived at ETS to be told that in error only one tyre had been sent that morning (I had ordered two)
I then had to return home and await a phone call to tell me the complete order had arrived almost two hours later.
Despite the error the guys there that day were apologetic helpful friendly professional and polite. Mistakes happen and it was probably not the guys at ETS fault but what could have been a bad experience was more than put right by the excellent service provided at the tyre fitting garage.

One star because I couldn't leave none! Took our car to fit an inlet manifold was told to order the bit and they would do it for £200. When called to pick it up was told it was now £300.
Ok, as long as the car was fixed...wrong...3 days later and the car was blowing flumes of smoke for under the bonnet!! Managed to get it home only to start it up the next day and the diesel just literally flooded the road! No point going back to them as they are soo arrogant and we knew they'd probably charge again to sort it.
Never ever use these guys! No wonder they can fit you in as quick as they do! Trading standards is the next call 🤙

Called to ask about getting my tires checked and was shocked by how rude the manager was. He was dismissive, impatient, and spoke to me like I was wasting his time for asking a basic question. If this is how they treat people before you even walk in, I can’t imagine how bad it is in person. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend the same to anyone else. The place was let down massively by its manager
