    Hired a van for an event, got a brake warning. Called them and they had us on our way with a new van (including helping us move our gear between the two) in under an hour. Mechanical failures happen, they dealt with it the best they could.

    They have beautiful new cars for rental, very clean and tidy when I came to collect, customer service is fantastic, A gent called Tom Answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know, was also stress free, I certainly would rent again from enterprise, Highly recommend.

    Please take pictures of everything—otherwise, you'll be charged. SCAM / SCAM / SCAM The manager asked me to pay for filling up the car because I was low on fuel (fortunately, I had a photo confirming I'd left more than I was issued). The manager told me to replace the tire with a new one because he found a nail in it (fortunately, I had a photo from when I picked up the car, confirming they'd handed me the car with a nail in the tire). Of course, before I was asked for payment, the manager assured me the car had more fuel and had proof. He also assured me that the car was inspected before it was issued and was 100% sure it didn't have a nail in the tire. ONLY BECAUSE I always taking a pictures; I've saved about £200-300.
