  USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT NOT ENTERPRISE. I had an accident and was given a courtesy vehicle to drive. I then went and purchased another vehicle whilst still having the courtesy vehicle. I told enterprise I didn’t need their vehicle and was told someone would come and collect it as I was not able to take it back. Was then called by the site to tell me that they have cancelled my hire and I would be charged until I returned the vehicle. After going back and forward with head office and the Nottingham site I was then contacted by the manager named Jack who was ever so helpful and was able to come to an arrangement to collect the vehicle. Would I use them again? Not too sure.

  Friendly staff with good customer skills. They know the vehicles and demonstrate what to do , ie vehicle starting, set up of phone for sat nav .

  Hired a van from these guys and it was spot on . The van was very clean and had only done 4 miles. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using enterprise again and recommending them to family and friends

  I had to use Enterprise via RAC as my car had blown up. I did find getting the hire car more stressful than my vehicle breakdown as I was let down by the Enterprise out of hours team on two occasions. Hence the 4 stars which is not a reflection on this branch. Once I was able to collect my car couldn't fault them very helpful, friendly and efficient. Sorted me out a really good spec Ford Kuga Hybrid which was a pleasure to drive. So a big thanks to Jack and the team hopefully out of hours team could learn something from this branch 👍

  A seamless rental from start to finish. Had the van for near on three month's. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. renewing monthly was easy with everything explained to me on each occasion. A big thank you to Jack who went the extra mile. Much appreciated, especially whilst I was dealing with the stress of sorting my own vehicle out . Keep up the good work. A lot of people hire a vehicle at last minute like myself and the last thing they need added stress. So it's always nice to be greeted with a smile, and i was literally back on the road in 20 mins .
