- MMMantasJun 16, 20261.0Went for wheel alignment waste of time been told we couldn’t do it apparently it’s seized and they tried using penetration liquid the following day checked it arms were dry and looks like it haven’t been even touched and went to another company they done it without a single issue they had to use a bit of heat but it was done. Don’t bother booking in waste of 1 hour.

However, today I came with my own car to replace two tyres (which I had also bought myself), and I was refused service. I was told they do not fit tyres if the customer brings their own. This makes absolutely no sense and feels very inconsistent. Why is it acceptable for one customer but not for another? This kind of approach is unprofessional and unfair. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
