  I would like to say that the whole experience was some what stressful.. The stress of my car breaking down was horrible experience. But having the Phone call from Lily made the whole Transition so much easier and smoother not just speaking with her on the phone but she also picked us up aswell. she did amazing she was professional through out. kind caring and considerate under the circumstances. Thankyou Lily from Naomi( we was a 168 miles from home)

  Vehicle was required at the last minute and the site had availability. I was allocated a large van but I asked if I could have a smaller van due to the tight roads I would be driving on. No problem said the lovely Jess. Van was perfect for the job. Jess explained the rules and the process and even found me an offsite parking space. Jess also knew every answer to my questions. Upon return I walked in and all the staff were hard at work but they still looked up and smiled in unison when I entered the office. Very welcoming atmosphere. Tommy dealt with my return and it was so simple. Tommy also knew all the answers to my questions and the handover was quick and easy. If you are in the area and need a vehicle go here first.   This company manufactured an automated claim for damage arising from a collision with a kerb at less than 20mph, no airbags deployed and seatbelts not wrenched, a damaged nearside wheel, arch visible, and potential minor damages to surrounding components. Advised car repaired and issued an amount owed invoice of £0.00. 26 days later, long after any contract expired, a new invoice same invoice number dates reg ect only for £6788.81, and a claim the car was a structural total loss, they manually edited system logs, claiming renters insurance had expired months before this new amount, which the renters insurance company have stated never was communicated to them, and no reports to them about damage to the replacement vehicle they provided through insurance was ever made to renters insurer. £14,000 later a charging order on property and bailiffs, I fight on, and they will all be held accountable. CROOKS. and its only liablous if untrue. Love ya bye 👋
