  ⭐ 1 Star – Beware of the additional charges I returned my rental vehicle in good faith, having driven it carefully and respectfully throughout the hire. During the return inspection, staff identified a tiny tear in one of the tyres, so small that I initially thought they were joking. Such a small tear, that it very much could’ve been there before I took the vehicle, they don’t look in as much detail when you take it, but they get the magnifying glass out when you return it. Although I wasn’t even certain I’d caused the damage, I acted reasonably, accepted responsibility and asked what the replacement would cost. I was told the tyre would need replacing and that they typically cost no more than £100. Fair enough. I accepted that and expected to pay for the replacement. Then the invoice arrived: £86 for the tyre, plus an additional £75 administration fee. An administration fee of £75 for processing a minor damage claim? That’s almost as much as the replacement tyre itself. While the fee was apparently included in the rental contract’s fine print, it wasn’t mentioned when the damage was discussed with me, leaving me with a very different impression of the likely cost. That’s when it clicked, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t change the tyre and then kept hiring it out and charging people for the same damage, infinite money glitch for Enterprise. This experience has completely undermined my trust in Enterprise. Whatever the contractual justification for the fee, the customer experience has been appalling, and the goodwill they’ve lost over this incident is worth considerably more than £75 in future business. Enterprise may have got its £75 on paper, but it has lost a loyal customer. I won’t be returning and I will be shaming the business to all my friends and family who often used to use them.   Great service. I primarily dealt with Meraz over the last 3 months or so as Enterprise provided my with a hire car after I my car was involved in an accident. Nothing was too much trouble as I needed some assistance a few times in that period. Meraz was exceptional and very patient. Special mention to Rihanna too. To be perfectly honest, I dealt with a few different people at the branch over the 3 months an they were all very helpful. Thank you guys
