  The service for booking and managing my booking was fab! Josie, Japh and Freya were super helpful with Maya being really friendly with collection, I took a star off because the minibus wasn’t cleaned for us though.

  Highly recommend Enterprise. I was let down by another rental company with less than 24 hours notice. I contacted Enterprise who were helpful and quickly sorted me a car. The car was in excellent condition. Enterprise staff were friendly, helpful and not pushy at all.

  FALSE INSURANCE CLAIM - IF RENTING ENSURE YOU FULLY DOCUMENT PREVIOUS DAMAGE I rented a car through my insurance. When picking up the car the staff member kindly pointed out a dent and scratch in the car. I didn't bring my bank card and he kindly took my home to collect my card. At this point I'd had a chat, let my guard down and didn't take pictures/videos of the scratch/dent as he assured me the scratch was recorded and the dent was too small against his marker. When returning the car, I was blamed for the scratch and the staff member unfortunately had no recollection of showing me the scratch. I refused to sign the paperwork accepting blame, but a few days later they took my excess out of my account anyway. I put in a complaint about this and only recently recieved a reply, when they have already completed the claim with my insurance. They've also claimed for various other 'checks' of the vehicle amounting for over £1000. Please check reviews, as I am not the only one this has happened to. A company clearly willing to take advantage of a young woman at a stressful time. Would absolutely not recommend.

  I went to Enterprise on St Andrews Road on Friday at 5:45pm because my car had broken down and I urgently needed a rental for the weekend. I only had Apple Pay on my phone, not my physical bank card, and when I asked if I could pay that way, they told me to come back the next morning with the card. I arrived early on Saturday, waited outside from 7:30am, and went in as soon as they opened at 8. A friendly young assistant helped me and quoted £79 for two days, but his computer wouldn’t process the booking. After he asked his colleagues for help, the price suddenly changed to £98, which shocked me. Then a manager stepped in. She spoke to the young assistant in a loud voice and said, “Why are you quoting him a cheap price?” She took over the computer without any eye contact or warmth and re‑entered all my details from scratch. She eventually quoted £145, which left me confused, frustrated, and disappointed. I felt the price kept changing simply because I was desperate and in a hurry — a lot of people were waiting for my service that day at work. My needs for respect, empathy, clarity, and fair treatment were not met. I felt exploited and pressured, but I had no alternative, so I paid the higher price. Overall, my experience was awful, and I won’t recommend anyone who is in a hurry to use this service. I rated them 1 star, the lowest Google allows.
