  Very disappointed with there customer service. Insurance company arranged for me to collect a car for the 8th of August it was all arranged on the 7th and I was rang by someone by enterprise on the 7th around 4pm to ask if I wanted to collect the Car for the 7th but I said I will collect it on the 8th before 1pm. I turn up on the 8th at 11.40am expecting the car to be ready but get told that I am early and it has been booked for 1pm. I explained I said i will be there before 1pm so was surprised they didn't have it ready. So I just sat there until 1pm then I get told there just cleaning the car. So I thought let me check what they were cleaning at that moment. They had two BMW get washed. So sat back and then I see both BMW getting parked away. And 15min later one if the staff members comes and says your car is ready. So we go out and its a Peugeot that has been sitting there since I have been there from 11.40am. So I told the guy this car has been here since I came and only now you are giving me this car. He apologised and said it was at the back and therefore they couldn't get it out. It was only 1 car behind. Once I got in the car it was all dirty on the inside as well as the outside. So I told them is this how you give cars out to customers and that his colleague had told me it was getting cleaned. He apologised and said he will get it cleaned which he did. But at that point I was just so angry. I went back in the office and asked the lady colleague why she told me the car was getting when it wasn't and why they made me wait over 1h 30min when the car was here. She said they were cleaning a Peugeot but didn't know what had happened to it and I was suppose to be given another car but the customer hadn't turned up. Enterprise please sort this out. You are obviously charging the insurance company for the whole day if you didn't have a car when I turned up as a good will gesture you should have upgraded me instead of making a customer wait over 1.30min then give a car that has been there from the start.

  The reception was amazing. Customer service was on point. The familiarisation was excellent, and the sales rep was absolutely brilliant both at pick-up and when returning the vehicle. If the UK is to lead the world once again, this is the standard needed. A service that speaks for itself. Well done to the whole team!
