  Horrendous experience with the site in Northampton - Supplied an electric car with 4% battery and a real-life range of around 8-10 miles What is worse is that you also did not supply a charging cable for the car, and then were surprised when I rang and asked you to bring one to me. No copy of hire agreement, asked to sign T&C blindly - with no clear explanation what I was signing for. Unable to contact the site despite continuous calls for over 60 minutes Hope I never have another breakdown and need a car from this company.

  For two decades Enterprise have been my go to for vehicle hire. The day of my my rental was genuinely a 'Day From Hell' (we've all had them). I was heading to London for an event only to find that my own car was out of action. Despite my best efforts getting my car going was not happening! I contacted Enterprise as a 'hail Mary'. They had a car available but for later than I had hoped, but they could help me. When I arrived at the branch the queue of customers was out the door. However, the staff were friendly, professional and efficient and they cleared that queue very quickly (working even after closing time). I was on my way in my hire car within a half hour and made it to my event (avoiding rush hour traffic) and had a great evening. My return my quick and efficient and they kindly dropped me back home afterward. I am so grateful to the staff for their last minute assistance. It was a great experience with a really nice car. Thank-you

  Honestly cannot thank the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car enough for how amazing they’ve been during a really stressful period dealing with issues surrounding my car. Despite everything being very last minute at times, the team consistently went above and beyond to help me. I’ve had two high-spec cars through them and the service every single time has been incredible. The other day I arrived around 9:20am needing a rental urgently and they had me sorted and back on the road by 9:30am. What really stood out though was the kindness and customer care. They even dropped me back home after I forgot something, then later dropped me to my location to make things easier for me. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A huge thank you to Joe, Holly and Beverly especially, professional, understanding and genuinely caring throughout. It made a massive difference during a difficult situation. Proper customer service done right.
