Tharu was incredibly professional, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, explaining everything clearly, sorting the paperwork in no time, and making sure I left with a clean, well-prepared car that was exactly what I needed. The whole branch has such a positive, helpful attitude. Nothing felt rushed or transactional, it felt like they actually cared about giving great service. I’ll definitely be coming back here and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you so much, Tharu and the Enterprise Daventry team, you’ve set the bar really high!
- RRRyan7HoltJul 3, 20261.0We booked a 9-seater vehicle with Enterprise over two months in advance and received confirmation and payment acceptance, so we had every reason to believe our booking was secure. Just 12 hours before our scheduled departure, we received an out-of-hours call saying Enterprise could not source the vehicle and would “try again in the morning.” The following morning, we had to chase for updates ourselves and were repeatedly told they were still trying to find a vehicle, with no clear communication or solution. As we were travelling to Scotland on a 10–12 hour journey, these delays meant we could no longer leave in time, forcing us to cancel the trip altogether. Our weekend, which had taken significant time and effort to organise, was completely ruined due to Enterprise’s failure to honour a confirmed booking and the lack of timely communication. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we will not be using Enterprise again.
