  Through insurance I was loaned a car due to mine needing repair. I was confused with procedure at first as I had no previous experience. But, when everything fell into place I was treated by staff like a VIP, everything clearly explained. The car provided was a fabulous modern vehicle. A pleasure to drive. Only one criticism of the car was that it indicated the max speed allowed as it passed road signs. If you drove over the speed indicated it would make a 'pinging' warning sound. I found the sensors often made mistakes like when passing a '20 is plenty' sign on a lamppost. When mistaken, until you passed a legitimate sign which could be quite some time the 'pinging' was annoying.

  Extremely grateful and very impressed with this site. Customer service is 5 star 🌟 plus 🌟. After a car accident, my hire car came from these guys. Picked me up to collect and collected at end of hire. Thoroughly recommend Enterprise

  Appalling communication and unauthorised charges My car broke down and I accepted a courtesy car from Enterprise — a decision I deeply regret. From the start, I made it clear I would need the car for a few extra days and asked for the cost upfront so I could make an informed decision. They refused to give me any figures and rushed me out of the office, which meant the choice was effectively taken out of my hands. Throughout the entire week, the branch repeatedly failed to answer the phone or call me back as promised. I had to go through the switchboard just to get any response. When I finally returned the car, I was assured I would be called to discuss any charges before any payment was taken. Instead, I woke up to find nearly £300 deducted from my account without my authorisation, no receipt, and no explanation to date. I would not recommend this company. The lack of communication was consistent, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I am now pursuing a formal complaint and will be challenging this charge with my credit card provider if it is not resolved.
