The replacement vehicle was supposed to be reasonably comparable to my car, but it was not. My own Hyundai has features such as Auto Hold and offers much better fuel economy, whereas the courtesy vehicle lacked these features and had higher fuel consumption. I informed Enterprise from the outset that I was unhappy with the vehicle and requested a replacement. Despite this, two weeks passed without any alternative car being provided. The only explanation I received was that it was the "high season" and vehicle availability was limited. However, the summer holiday period had already ended several days ago, and I still did not receive any update or follow-up from Enterprise regarding my request. I had to continue using a vehicle that was clearly not equivalent to my own and felt that my concerns were simply ignored. The lack of communication and customer care has been extremely frustrating. If a replacement cannot be provided immediately, customers should at least be kept informed and given realistic updates rather than being left waiting indefinitely.
