    Booked and paid for a van .... only to be later told they didn't have any vans. Not sure how it's possible to book out and take payments for vehicles they don't have. Not the first time I've been messed around by Enterprise but will be the last.

    I had a really great experience with this car rental company from start to finish. Rosie provided excellent customer service — she was very understanding, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole rental process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily rent from them again.

    I use Enterprise all across the country and when I am advised that my booking is with Western Super Mare I cringe and once again they failed to meet my booking, seriously avoid this branch they haven't got a clue compared to other enterprise branches full of apologies which unfortunately does not meet my requirements, booked In advance to be advised again on the day of booking, I repeat day of booking and not even a phone call, I have to call them no vehicles available, sorry not good enough, seriously beware 😡 only giving 1 star as unable to post otherwise no stars from me and to add this is a corporate account so the general public got no chance AVOID
