  First class service! Having broken down in North Devon a car was delivered from Weston in just over an hour. A stressful breakdown situation, helped by really Friendly, speedy service and the car was fab and easy to drive

  Not great, at all. First booked on the website and paid up what was owed in order to book the vehicle for 2 days. Everything went through fine and I checked in the day before to confirm via the check in email. Online the booking said that they will verify me and my address through there computers and seeing as I’ve lived at the property for 4 plus years i wouldn’t have thought there would be a problem there.however I then arrived there to collect the vehicle only to be told that there system couldn’t verify me and that apparently it does it quite often and that two of the staff don’t even get recognised by there system either and they’ve lived in the same place since birth. My question is, why should an error on enterprises side stop me from being able to do what was planned and what I had already paid for, I was then told that if I had a credit card I could continue, my arguement is, I don’t have any credit cards, I don’t need credit cards why would I have one. I’ve now lost out on stupid amounts of money because enterprise screwed me over at the last minute, if I was previously told that they’re system doesn’t verify some people I never would have booked in the first place. My family were absolutely gutted that we couldn’t go ahead with plans and also to make things worse, when I asked for a confirmation email of refund not once but twice, they said they would email it accross and low and behold, didn’t happen. I will be taking this further as I’ve lost out on £250 worth of hotels and tickets that cost £200. Gutted to say the least. I will deffinetly be going further with this and I can only advise others to be careful on this. Quick to take your money but not very quick to return it or sort your problems. Seeing as the employee in the depot didn’t really give a toss either.

  Shame I never caught the name of the red hair girl, she is absolutely fantastic! Always a pleasure, service with a smile, makes you feel very welcome. Great member of staff 10/10

  As much as I always struggled with the Bristol branch, the Weston super one has been amazing. The team is really helpful and always deliver a great service. I use this branch regularly for work and feel lucky to constantly receive such a great service.
