  Great service and very professional, enthusiastic and welcoming during our recent trip to Bristol (picked up car at the airport). Emmen was a fantastic representative for the company and she was a pleasure to deal with, despite our late flight getting us there at almost midnight. Second time I've used them and would recommend !

  Excellent customer service from Michał at Bristol Airport. He was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the whole process. He made everything straightforward and was a pleasure to deal with. A real credit to the company. Highly recommended!

  I am still waiting for my depsosit back! As an Australian the amount of money is significant! £200 is equal to $400 aud and I dont see me recieving my $400!! Back

  What an absolute fiasco!!! Booked, and was supposedly given, a hybrid car. Fast forward after only 2 hours & 100 miles of driving, and the car lost all power, & broke down on the motorway. Transpires I was given an EV, which was only partially charged, needed tyre pressure attention & didn't always want to go into Drive. So, really not fit for purpose. Almost 5 hours to recover me & the car, & get a replacement, which was also a massive ball ache at Birmingham Airport. I couldn't have been pacified less... Then my complaints were pretty much ignored. It's taken 2 months to get an apology. Just not good enough. Please check your vehicle against you rental agreement before you drive away. Not sure what it'll take for me to use Enterprise again... 🤔

  AVOID THIS COMPANY – Unacceptable attempt to charge me for pre-existing damage I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Enterprise. After returning the vehicle, Enterprise attempted to charge me for damage that was already clearly present before I took possession of the car. I did not cause this damage, yet I was still presented with a claim against me. The most concerning part is that Enterprise is attempting to make the customer pay for damage that existed before the rental even began. I consider this a serious failure of their rental and vehicle inspection process and, given the circumstances, it felt like a deliberate attempt to extract money from me for someone else's damage. I have evidence showing the condition of the vehicle and I will not accept responsibility for damage I did not cause. Customers should be extremely careful when renting from Enterprise. Photograph and video absolutely everything before leaving the car park — every scratch, dent, bumper, wheel and panel — and make sure every existing defect is recorded in writing. Do not assume that Enterprise's inspection has been completed accurately. A company of this size should have a transparent and reliable process for identifying pre-existing damage. Instead, I have been put in the position of having to defend myself against a damage claim for an issue that was already there. This is not the standard of service I would expect from a supposedly reputable international rental company. Enterprise has completely lost my trust. I will never rent from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before they choose them. Extremely poor experience. Completely unacceptable.
