  Es muy sencilla la devolución. Dejas el coche en la fila indicada según el cartel de cada compañía. Posteriormente vas a la oficina interior e indicas que vas a devolver. Te piden las llaves y van a revisar el estado del vehículo. En 10 min todo hecho. En la puerta del edificio un bus te lleva a la terminal.

  Car provided was an excellent make and model Cameron at the help desk at Bristol Airport was exceptional, friendly and courteous. Would be delighted to interact with him again

  Damage present on car when rental started at Bristol - I didn't notice but is visible on video I took when receiving car (no Enterprise agent reviewed the car with me ). On returning the car to Gatwick, Enterprise agent noticed damage and I then reviewed my video and showed to them that the damage was present. They said "Bristol will sort it out". Next thing I see is thousands charged to my creditcard with zero communication received. I have had to make multiple calls from Canada to various Enterprise offices to try to find out what is going on.I am still waiting on "a link" so that I can upload the video I have - I have already sent still images. Meanwhile there are > $4000 CAD charged to my card. Extremely unprofessional at every stage of this process.

  Très bonne agence de location de voiture à l’aéroport. Nous avons eu un problème sur notre voiture, parcouru bon, nombre d’agence similaire, et c’est seulement eux qui nous ont apporté de l’aide et changer notre véhicule en quelques instants. Un grand professionnalisme, très souriant et accueillant, je recommande !

  ​I am writing this to highlight the atrocious behavior and severe lack of customer care from the employee working the counter at this Enterprise location. ​I flew in from abroad for a 3-day vacation and had already fully paid for my rental in advance. When I arrived, the staff member insisted on a credit card for the security deposit. Even though I offered to cover the full deposit amount immediately on my debit card, the employee showed zero willingness to assist, problem-solve, or handle the situation professionally. ​Instead of being helpful to an international traveler who had already paid, the employee was completely inflexible, unaccommodating, and dismissive. Because of their bad attitude and refusal to cooperate, I was turned away, lost £150 with no refund, and had my entire 3-day trip completely ruined. ​Staff representatives are supposed to assist customers, not ruin their vacations through poor service and rigid hostility. Management needs to address the behavior of their counter staff at this location immediately.
