  I was very impressed with the overall service. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, and I felt well supported throughout. A very positive experience overall.

  Staff at Enterprise very friendly making hire process a good one. Modern, new large van with all technology to assist driving. Competitive pricing. Flexibility re drop off which was required earlier than booked. Ease of booking process online.

  Booked a luton van to pick up at 9am to move house. I booked a month in advance. On the day the van wasn't available and didn't get one until 13:00. Had to rush the whole house move. Forgot to pay the dart charge for 3x crossings due to rushing. Paid them as soon as I became aware. A total of £12.60. Enterprises have charged me £105 worth of "processing fees" on top of that. Their customer services are just giving copy and paste responses about how the contract says I agreed to that (the contract actually specifies a charge of up to £45, so it's not unreasonable for a customer to expect it to be lower relative to the issue, sure if I run the van through a bank window then charge me £45 for processing that. Forwarding 3x PCNs to me at £35 a pop is just ridiculous)

  I ordered a e class merc then had to change my hire to extend it. Not a problem till they found out no e class available accepted that. Asked if I took the car on offer would they change it for me at my hotel on Monday. Then manager got on phone said supposed raise my voice. I speak loud Brian Blessen very loud projecting. Cut the mustard don’t use them as never deliver The staff in Ashington are totally disrespectful to you could hear them laughing in background. I honestly felt offended and like second class as they were better us begging for nice car. I did try to explain who my girlfriend worked for and after stress time wanted something special for her birthday. Still not willing still laughing passing the phone. I thought NHS might help as they do NHS. Fleet Solutions cars but not got no respect. So all we are saying is if they treat NHS staff with disrespect how will they treat customers. SO DECISIONS MADE TO PUT ASHINGTON ON NHS WEBSITE AS NOT FRIENDLY PLACE READ ALL 1 STAR REVIEW please if you like put a flame Support our NHS STAFF
