  Got a puncture on the way to our holiday accommodation fairly late on a Saturday. Couldn’t find an in stock tyre locally for my car apart from Bathwick. Ordered / booked online Sunday afternoon was a little concerned they wouldn’t actually have it and we’d get a phone call. Arrived 15 minutes early to the booking, they took the car in said to return in 30 minutes, had a wander around the nearby park. Returned 25 minutes later, car all done. Very happy. Chap on reception was friendly. Would recommend to people

  Really positive experience today. I arrived very early and the staff went out of their way to help and fit me in without any hassle. Even though it was clearly a busy time, they managed to get my car sorted and kept me updated throughout. I also had a wheel alignment done at the same time and everything feels much better on the road now. Great service, friendly and helpful team — really appreciated the effort. Would definitely recommend.

  Popped in this afternoon for a new tyre. I was served by a really helpful chap (Martin? Martyn?) who not only got me sorted with a new tyre but also tried to help me with another car issue I was having. Definitely went the extra mile, thank you very much!

  Having unfortunately picked up a nail in my tyre, I went to Bathwick Tyres and realised why I always go to them for repairs…polite and courteous staff, and a first class service. Expecting to have to book in and wait having arrived at an incredibly busy time for them, they not only immediately inspected it, but squeezed me in for a puncture repair, rather than a new tyre, saved a fortunate due to their skill and ability. Within thirty minutes and a very small bill, I was as good as new. Whilst I was waiting I watched as an elderly lady come in and ask if her tyre pressure could be checked, although busy, I watched as they treated her with utmost courtesy, checking her tyre pressure and advising her she still had plenty of tread and to come back in a few months and be checked again. Rare service.

  Booked my car in for four tyres and wheel alignment via a third party. I arrived early and was initially booked in by a polite fitter. However, a second fitter (who appeared to be a supervisor) then intervened in a very rude and patronising manner, shouting across the desk that they could not fit the tyres because my car currently had run-flats and I would need to pay for like-for-like replacements. When I challenged this, he changed his explanation and claimed I needed approval from my insurance company before switching to non-run-flat tyres, and refused to proceed. With no phone signal on site, I left to contact my insurer, who confirmed this was not required and said they had never heard of such a restriction. When I returned, the garage had cancelled my appointment and order and then refused to rebook me. Overall, extremely poor customer service and what felt like an attempt to force me into buying more expensive tyres unnecessarily. I would recommend using a more professional garage with honest advice and respectful staff.
