I filled up with fuel, I went in side to pay and get a meal deal. I am a joke about getting a badge because I had managed to stop the pump on £50, but the staff wasn't interested ( just chatting among themselves). Then a week or so later I get a summons through for not paying for my fuel £85 know with fees. I went in store to speech to a manager and apparently there wasn't one available, so they sent a young lad for me to have a rant at.

Not all staff but on this occasion RUDE.... Why on earth does it not say before you get to pump " pay at pump only " the only petrol station that does this and when I complained instead of sorry I got the shoulder shrug , im seriously thinking of changing supermarket as that place is just as bad with customer service and no stock and bad signage.... cmon tesco sort your s..t out!!!!!

Really frustrating petrol station...half the pumps don't work, and the money off voucher is pretty redundant as the only working ones I can use to reach my van are pay at the pump, which you can't use the voucher at! Well done the kiosk staff though just starring blankly out at you being of no help!!! There should be some method of customer services being able to refund the discount. Fair play Tesco though, managing to get you to spend extra money on shopping and finding a mechanism to not actually fulfil the reward!
