  Absolute legends at this branch… NEVER let us down! 100% trust will never use anything else! Even though they didn’t have a van once… they called back and advised they had 1! Amazing customer service… customer call back and attention!

  Good customer service. There were a few issues: the van was late back from the previous customer, and then there was a problem with the van. They compensated me for the inconvenience so in the end I was a happy customer and able to get my job done.

  Polite friendly helpful staff at Scunthorpe. Generally Enterprise handled my incident very well without much fuss.

  I wasn't impressed with the level of pressure applied to purchase additional insurance during the rental process. The representative repeatedly emphasised the excess liability and asked whether I had £1,800 available in my account to cover it, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. At no point was it clearly explained that, if another party were at fault, a claim could be made against them. After I had already signed the rental agreement, I was then questioned about my signature and asked to confirm that it was mine because the document was legally binding. This felt uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional, particularly as the contract had already been completed. Overall, the experience felt overly sales-driven and lacking in clear, balanced information. A more transparent and less pressurised approach would have made the process far more comfortable. Wouldn't recommend or use again. Enterprise must be doing great being able to alienate customers and lose future business. For anyone that is interested the link Jean left me had a gap between the www and dot so the link wouldn't work correctly and when corrected still didn't take me to the complaints page. If anything the scare tactics , asking me whether I had enough money in my account then questioning my signature was genuine, the false link to their complaints dept they sent just shows me and hopefully any other potential customers to give these jokers a swerve. And be very wary of their 4 star reviews they seem abit too polished if you know what I mean 😉 be wary
