  Staff member who dealt with me was brilliant 10/10, however he was extremely short staffed on his own dealing with all call enquires and people at the counter. My van was moved to electric at the last moment, was told I would get 150 miles but only got 100 miles for a 24 hour period, really struggled with the miles, the van should of been fully charged. The price was fair, however you have to take out the extra £35 worth of cover to reduce the excess that would be £2500 if you don’t take that cover, even for wheels and windscreen! The van was clean and in really good condition and communication was great.

  Have had 3 rentals from here whilst dealing with a difficult house move. All 3 were booked with 10% off through the Blue Light Card. The 1st rental was seamless. For the 2nd, I hired a Luton van; after collection, we loaded it. We were prepared to move house; however, the seller had issues. I rang them back around 11am; they told me not to worry and keep the van until the next morning. A couple of hours later, they rang back and said it was needed back by 6pm (had the van booked until 4pm). I managed to find storage and offload the van. Whilst doing this, they rung back and said the vehicle was needed back. This caused extra stress, but we got it back in time. Then the 3rd time, we prebooked another Luton van. This was damaged, upon collection we were given a large van. Multiple trips we're required. I'll give these a good rating, due to the manager being as helpful as he could be. But honestly, the extra stress with this company is not worth it in the future.

  Very friendly staff and vehicles are always very new and well maintained. Adam was absolutely helpful, professional and an asset to Enterprise Scunthorpe!

  Terrible customer service. My daughter returned a car today with a mark on the tyre and was informed that it could cost her her excess which was £650. To help her out they were prepared to accept £150. I told them what I thought of them and was asked to leave eventually they settled for £100. They seemed to make it up as they went along😡
