Been using d and g for couple of years now for mot and repairs and find them great to deal with after a problem with a bearing that got done there was a slight noise still ongoing but eddie was great told me bring car back and we'll sort it with no charge as it was under warranty, also had my daughters car in for mot had few small issues work was carried quickly and had car back in no time,all the guys at gararge are friendly and keep you informed about youre car, and after dealing with a different garage who were taking the michael it was good to find a garage that myself and my wife could trust,fast efficient would recommend too anyone looking too get mot,repairs,tyres etc done

I’ve driven a company car for 28 years and normally use the main dealer for service and MOT. For my MOT this year the leasing company website allowed bookings at local centres nearer me so I booked at D&G as it’s only 2.5m away.
Dropping off the car was no problem and I was advised mine was to be done first. This was Feb 28th.
Early afternoon and after no phone call to say the car was ready I called to be advised “Yes it’s ready to collect”.
When I collected the car the guy behind the counter said everything was fine and it passed no problem.
Last night(Mar 21st) in discussion with my wife about booking in my kids cars for MOT I said I need to check my tyre tread depths. She said if anything needs action it will show up on the MOT website so when I checked it I was surprised to find an advisory saying one of the tyres was near the legal limit. I’ve been driving nearly a month with a tyre near the limit 😡.
This should’ve been pointed out to me when I collected the car.
Needless to say I won’t use the garage again and it’s back to main dealer for service/mot in future.
