Staff, primarily Billy, was very friendly and helpful with the rental of the vehicle, best Sixt rental experience thus far. The counters are right outside the arrivals area and the car park is a 2 minute walk, very conveniently situated. Car was a bit scratched, but was documented and had no issues there, was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Rented a vehicle at the Sixt desk in Belfast City airport. Fantasic service and explanation of the various options and details. Thank you Billy and Vaughan for everthing. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Billy was so helpful, especially since I had gotten all the names on the booking mixed up! Lovely man and very charming!

Can’t fault this experience, Billy made this the easiest experience for us and ensured we were comfortably ready for our car hire! He was friendly, warm and highly informative as this was our first time hiring a car!

The whole rental experience was very smooth, starting with the online booking. Picking up the car from Belfast Airport was also convenient, the rental location was about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The staff member was friendly and available to explain everything clearly, including the rental process and requirements. I was given a Kia Picanto. It seemed to be an older model, as the rear windows were manual, but the car was in good overall condition and worked well for our trip. The pricing were: Rental days: £34.65 Express Toll: £6.50 Taxes: £8.23 Security hold: £600 Indian driving license was accepted, and they also asked to see my passport as part of the documentation, which was straightforward.
