  AVOID AVOID AVOID. there was very small scuff on my car return and agreed with the staff it could come off with clean cloth or nail polish remover but despite to this they charged me 900£ for repair. and refused my offer to come back and clean the mark. Compared to other companies they look cheap but becarefull they will take the difference unfairly.

  Always a smooth process. Lucy is a wonderful member of staff and makes the pick up process a breeze. Would definitely recommend hiring and picking up from this location.

  Before you decide to rent a car here, please take a look at how many people have been charged a £40 fine simply because of issues with their parking system! The staff were friendly, but they would charge you £40 upon returning the car due to an issue with their parking system. Even the enthusiastic staff couldn't offer any help, and no one replied to emails.
