  I had a very positive experience with Enterprise Nottingham City Centre. A special thank you to Vincent, who was extremely helpful, friendly and polite throughout the return process. He made everything very easy and even kindly gave us a lift into the city centre after we returned the car, which was greatly appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and I would definitely use Enterprise again. Thank you, Vincent, and thank you to the whole team!

  When I arrived and explained that I was using the car to go to cornwall, one of the team asked if I could drive automatic and went to see if there was one available for my comfort. There wasnt one available but I appreciated the intention, he didnt have to do that and excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. (Cant rememeber his name but I think he may ahve been a manager) Azeem was polite and knowledgeable when I collected the car. Her explained things well. Informed me of the cover available. I had some cover booked by another company but azeem explained how alot of people get caught out if a repair takes longer, the fine print which was not explained by the other company states that any claims outside that period would be void. So Azeem explained the benefoits of enterprise cover, helped me purchase it and all done in a way that I felt informed, not pressured into spending money I dont need to. It gave me alot of peace of mind. He also encouraged me to take pictures of the many existing marks and scratches vehicle before it left the property for my record when returning the car. When I dropped the car back off Vincent was quick to help me return the car. He inspected it thoroughly but making sure I felt at ease and that it is standard procedure. He seemed interested in my trip an that the car was okay for me. He was thorough in his inspection. He noticed alot of marks and scratches despite the vehicle being muddy. He was very polite when highlighting them and because I had photos of them from when I coolle ted the car he was happy to accept the evidence and process the deposit refund. I will definitely be using enterprise again but in particular this branch as they were customer focused , efficient, knowledgeable and polite
