- JDJohn Downed2 days ago1.0For the initial service this would have been 5 stars. When I got the invoice 4 weeks ago I realised I had paid £52 to much in payments. I first replied to the email with the invoice but got nothing back. I then tried phoning, no one answered. I then went on the chat function where I was told it was correct that I had been overcharged and someone would phone within 5 days. 5 days no reply so I went to chat again. They said that they would send it to the regional manager and to wait 3 working days. I waited 5 working days, no reply. Chat again and this time I raised a complaint. They said wait 5 days. I have waited 7 and still no reply. Not sure where to go with this now but hopefully someone will pick this up from the company. Initial service is good. After sales service is shocking
- RBRoss BeerJun 12, 20261.0Tried to hire a mini-bus for a wedding, however when collected it was un-roadworthy as it had a soft tyre. They pumped it up and we took it a way but it appears to have been a slow puncher. I could not contact Enterprise over the weekend as they have no out of hours support and I was unable to get the tyre changed at quick fit where the AA told me to take the van. We couldn't therefore take the minibus to Scotland and had to take two of our own cars. Just after picking up the minibus I filled it with £81 of fuel which Enterprise have evidence of and after more than a month I am still waiting for a refund. I will now progress to small claims court as they are unresponsive.
