  I would highly recommend ber street enterprise especially Chloe her customer service was absolutely awesome very informative with everything involved ,a genuinely lovely kind lady the car was an absolute dream and the price was really reasonable from start to finish everything was superb I’d definitely use this branch again plus I can’t thank Chloe enough for her outstanding service she’s a credit to your company

  Exceptional Service from Chloe and Jake - Saved Our Bank Holiday! We drove 150 miles for a Bank Holiday getaway to Norwich, only for our car to break down at Hemsby Beach right around noon. The AA came to the rescue and arranged a temporary replacement vehicle through Enterprise. While we tried to keep our four-year-old daughter entertained on the beach amidst the disruption, Chloe from Enterprise gave us a call. She was incredibly genuine, warm, and reassuring. The mobile signal by the sea was terrible, but she remained remarkably patient and consistently kept us updated on the progress. Around 7 PM, Jake arrived to pick us up in a cute little Fiat 600. He drove us back to the city centre branch to finalise the paperwork. Jake was exceptionally professional, upbeat, and patient with us after a long day. Thanks to the extremely high standard of customer care and enthusiasm from both Chloe and Jake, this chaotic situation didn't ruin our family trip or my daughter's beach day at all. I am incredibly grateful to them both. Highly recommend this branch!

  The gentlemen at the Ber St hub have always done their very best to support and provide the very best service for as long as I've been using them, which is now just about two years. That's enough time to have received service from as many members of staff as possible and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
