    Booked a medium size van for a 3 day London removal trip. Price was good value even with damage waiver and breakdown added. Well equipped, clean, and managed to squeeze 55mpg from it doing 60. No problems and the staff were friendly helpful and efficient. 1 minor issue resolved quickly and effectively by Alex the manager, thanks Alex.

    Friendly and professional staff, and a nearly new low mileage car with unlimited mileage allowance. We made an 800 mile round trip [unexpectex family funeral) in three days with no problems , recommend taking the extra insurance as we did, when doing such a long journey, as standard £1700 excess was reduced down to £100 excess for an extra £28 a day.

    Not too sure as of yet. Went online to hire a Nissan Juke which is in the Compact SUV range so ok to use a debit card online to hire. Found out this car is too small for the passenger who is 6ft 2 to sit at back and be very restricted. Modified to the Skoda Octavia and ok to use the debit card online. Went into shop today and queried about the Nissan Quashqai which is in the intermediate SUV range. My understanding when I read online that I need a credit card to hire this range and explained this to them. Their answer was you don't need a credit card to hire online and could use a debit card. So I modify and it refuses my debit card. Ring the main enterprise hotline and the policy is you need a credit card. So as you can imagine I was not happy. Meaning I would be paying the full price by paying later. False information is not good I have given this 3 stars as hopefully this can be resolved but not holding my breathe.

    Booked a van and they couldn't provide it until the afternoon. Had spend loads of money for that day. Anyway... The guy said in branch he would refund me £50 as it was half day. Never received it. And then went online to ask and spoke to someone called Aliki. And they were just complaining saying the system was down and wanted me to contact them later. I'm too busy for this. Refund me please.
