Extremely easy to find and book van to meet my needs. Excellent value for money and good availability. Regular communication with ongoing information about the hire prior to collection. Ben and Joe (Kings Lynn) were both exceeding friendly, professional and helpful on the hire day and explained all aspects of the hire, from cover through to operation of the van. During the day hire an issue occurred with the timing of the van return due to traffic issues outside my control. Contacted the office and Ben offered options to resolve the potentially costly problems of return on time and refuelling. Fortunately, I was able to return the van, fully refuelled with 4 minutes to spare. Both Ben and Joe met me on my return and were very helpful, checking and booking the van back in and helping me with my bags back to my car. Excellent service throughout the whole hire.
