Manger and staff were a pleasure to work with. The manager was very personable and professional, taking care of all my needs with the rental. I would recommend this Enterprise to anyone in the market of a automobile rental.

An excellent experience in every way, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. As someone who suffers with multiple health problems, they couldn’t have been more patient, kind, and helpful. The customer service at the King’s Lynn branch was second to none🥇
Had an appalling experience here. Had a car on hire for two weeks. Came back to return the car and the gentleman who inspected the car got on his hands and knees to identify a tiny mark on a tyre.
He said this meant the tyre needed replacing, which I disagreed with as I couldn’t see hardly anything on the tyre, certainly not enough to warrant a replacement. However, the worker stated that once he’s spotted a minuscule amount of damage he has no choice but to replace the tyre. I also don’t believe the damage was done whilst I had the car and they had no images of the car when I got it to prove this. Unfortunately the pictures I took when I first got the car didn’t show that particular tyre in enough detail.
After a little bit of back and forth, the manager went and got a quote for the tyre and told me it was £120. I phoned a different tyre garage and they told me they could do it for £80 so the Enterprise manager said he would go to his regional manager to price match and would get back to me.
The manager was apologetic but explained that it was the worst part of his job and he had no choice but to do it. I refused to sign anything as I wasn’t happy but did say to the manager that the £80 price match would be massively beneficial to me as my partner was due to give birth any day.
Two weeks later and I receive a demand letter telling me to pay £181. After ringing to ask for clarity on how this has been worked out, the bloke on the end of the line (not from kings Lynn in fairness) arrogantly told me that its company policy to charge a £78 admin fee on top of the tyre charge. The way he was on the phone showed how little he cared about my situation and the only thing he kept repeating was about the £78 admin charge. £78 is apparently company policy and I think is an abhorrently large amount to attempt to scam extra money out of customers.
My experience here has put me off ever getting a hire car in the future as it’s pretty clear that on return, there’s financial incentives to try to spot little faults and charge customers as much as possible, like with an admin fee of £78. My partner gave birth this weekend so, unsurprisingly, £181 is a lot of money to us and I’m waiting to hear back to try and get a solution from Enterprise.
We hired a van through you guys and the service was fantastic, especially when our house move in dates were changed at the last minute and Enterprise were very accommodating.
Compared to other rental companies in our area (King's Lynn), Enterprise were by far the cheapest and I would happily hire a vehicle from you guys again.
