  Everyone is the King's Lynn branch is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. I will continue to hire with them.

  The worst experience I’ve had with a hire company. I rented from a branch in Scotland as an emergency means to get home at night, the car was handed over at the Scottish branch in torrential rain in an open carpark, but I was assured no damage present on the 2026 car. Upon handing the car back some 14 hours later the following morning I was greeted by a member of staff at the Kings Lynn branch. He immediately got on his hands and knees to point out some ‘tyre damage’ Not only was this damage clearly historic and not from my rental it was completely cosmetic, and very minor on the cosmetic scale at that. Even if I had of seen it I wouldn’t have ever thought it would result in them trying to bill me for a tyre. Enterprise could not produce photos showing the tyre condition at my point of handover (Funny that) but have insisted on replacing the tyre. There are other recent reviews present of this branch that absolutely mirror my experience to the letter. So it’s clearly a practice that’s well versed to dupe customers out of their deposit. This 14 hour rental cost me circa £400 so factor this in when making your plans! You can see the very generic reply below from Enterprise. They have already had all of my information on this matter, and are not willing to do anything about it. A quick google of Enterprise tyre scam will reveal how well known this is.

  Excellent staff always ready to answer any questions. The vehicles are always clean and ready for collection, i have used the kings lynn branch on more than one occasion and will use them in the future.

  Absolute scam. When I came to return the rented car one day after pickup, with mostly simple motorway driving, I was told that the tyres were damaged and needed replacing. I've attached a photo of the alleged damage to this review. For this damage, I was charged £270. From research online, this is a known issue with Enterprise - Google "enterprise tyre scam" for many other such cases like mine. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn't rent another car from Enterprise if it was free.

  Excellent service here. Friendly service made the experience of renting a van very easy. Van was new, clean and exactly what we asked for. All staff very welcoming, a slick service at the desk with no messing about and although add-ons were explained and offered, there was no pressure to buy. Return was quick and easy too. A pleasure to do business with.
