  Found them on the wearelocal.app. Good price and service, comfy seats in a clean waiting area. Was expecting a wait, but had two tyres, balance and a smile all in 38mins. Well done the lads who were looking busy. All good!

  Ordered tyres to be fitted, arrived to be told that the system has quote 'double booked' customers and that there would be a lengthy wait of several hours. Could have been proactive and called ahead. Gentleman who served me wasn't rude but he also didn't seem that interested either, their computer system runs really slow. Took him a while to pull up basic information. Poor.

  Went there for wheel alignment. Told me they can’t do it because of damaged rod ends and said I need to exchange them. Price for both £400. I asked another garage for second opinion. They said there is no need to changed it. The problem was only corroded screws. They unscrewed the screws and said there were no looseness or defects. They didn’t charged me for this small job. Car is ready for alignment 👍 Unfortunately people here are too lazy. It's better to rip people off than to do your job. Always ask for second opinion before pay in places like this!!!

  Came on monday we ordered 3 tyres to have our current ones changed. They said it will arrive the latest Thursday afternoon so I came back on Friday to have our tyres changed as scheduled. He said the job disappeared on the system and now the tyres won't arrive on till later. Wasted my time. 🤦🤦

  Took my Motorhome in for a service after 15 minutes got a phone call saying the oil filter from their suppliers was not the right one and they didn’t know which filter should be fitted ( possibly a dealers special) also they couldn’t find where to put the oil in the engine, so couldn’t do the job, when I got home I found the oil filler in less than a minute. Took it to another garage, filters where standard Fiat Ducati and they had no issue doing the job. I think Tyre spot didn’t want to do the job because access to the engine is a bit awkward, they wasted my time.
