- ECEric ClaudeApr 26, 20265.0Fine experience hiring a car here for a family trip around the Newcastle area. Note that the office is not inside the train station as shown on Google Maps. Go outside the station then walk to the left along the side of the building. Towards the taxi stand.
- CPCarl PresleyJul 22, 20231.0Didn't end up getting the car in the end as mine was fixed sooner than expected, now the first guy I spoke to was very nice, inviting & we had a good laugh while sorting my info etc. The so called Lady that called the next day Demanding a credit card payment even though I was told I could pay at the counter the day before by the nice bloke, she was very snotty & said " That's not how it works " then demanded a Credit Card payment again of which I do not have norepinephrine would I want one which I made clear in my first call & was told it wasn't a problem. So the so called Lady makes some not so pleasant statements & goes to demand for the third time of which I had ran out of patience for, so I just said " I do not need the car anymore " & I hung up as my blood was beginning to boil & unlike her, I have manours & respect. Don't know her name but if I was this car rental place I would either get rid of her or get her a crash course in Hospitality Management & Customer Service ASAP.
