  Do not rent a car or van from this company my poor auntie has been charged nearly £400 for scratches on the roof of the vehicle she hired which were not from her and were previously there beforehand, the person who dealt with them MR JAMES CARN was nothing but arrogant in this situation and continued to chew his gum in there faces while talking to them in my eyes that isn’t very polite or professional, he was also very bad mannered towards my auntie when she tried to explain and by the look at other reviews she wasn’t the only one complaining about this company, to avoid any extreme charges and scams stay away from this company!!! We will 1000% not be using them again.

  Great service. Fast and efficient pickup and drop off. Craig did both and was consummately professional. Peugeot 2008 was almost brand new and perfect for my needs. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

  Hired a 9 seater a few weeks ago from Newcastle for a Manchester airport run & back. Car was clean, good service & professional. Would recommend.

  Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT book a car with them. Horrible service. We where a couple of minutes late due to public transport and they mentioned our car has been given to someone else. Then they will try to rent us another car (that was 3 times the amount of the original booking) and then refused to let us have it when we said we were unhappy with the service. They were not able to point to the relevant terms and conditions. The manager was unhelpful and just smirked the entire time. They didn’t offer any other solutions and left us without a car for a wedding. They mentioned they had our reservation, but not our car. Not clearly what they where reserving. They mentioned this barely happened and that it is unlucky they posted our car a minute after we where late and someone else book it. Reading into other reviews this has been a very common situation for many people. For UK standards of client service this place is absolutely horrendous. Don’t make your trips more difficult and book directly in the car companies at the airport.
