  I have rented car 3 times in the past few months. I will post longer review, as I think this branch deserve recognition! I work in recruitment myself. I know for the fact, more of us find time to write bad reviews, forgetting about the GOOD ONES! Grimsby Enterprise Thank you for lovely experience! They come across as such a great team! So kind and surprisingly -ALL- have this lovely, kind energy. Nothing feels forced there. Everyone is just naturally kind and looks like enjoy what the're doing. Despite being so busy. I had a pleasure to engage with at least 6 staff. From 2 lovely young ladies at the front desk+ lovely guy who dropped me home, but didn't have to. Fantastic chat despite the fact he looked like had long day. I appreciate that very much! +To lovely 2 gentlemens, who handled me keys and help to start the car. So easy to speak to and so kind! Everyone fantastic! While waiting I spotted one lady in the glases, more likely a manager. I could see by her interaction. How well she managed the team, and busy office, phone ringing, walk ins customers, at the same time handling small incident on the car park, where customer reversed into tree and scratched the van. When this poor driver walked in, Her 1st question was HOW DO YOU FEEL? ARE YOU OK? That shows wonderful skills she has! Customer was more important then the Van! Very unique approach! On both occasions, no issues with the car! Highly recommend! Thank you for wonderful experience!

  Very good customer service. Collection was super swift and friendly. Had originally planned to hire a van for 7 days because it worked out to be better value, but our moving date changed and when I went to book the van, the price had increased significantly. Van itself was modern, clean and good to drive. I didn't get the excess waiver so was paranoid about damaging the van. It was more than big enough for what we needed. Location of the site was super easy to find and convenient. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Smooth process. Good online booking system. Would recommend 👍

  Absolutely phenomenal experience with the team at Enterprise in Grimsby! This was my very first time renting with Enterprise, and it’s safe to say they have earned a customer for life. ​We needed a vehicle for our wedding (hired from 21/07/2026 to 24/07/2026), and as soon as the staff found out about our special day, they truly went above and beyond. They pulled out all the stops to secure us a gorgeous BMW 3 Series for the occasion. It is an absolutely beautiful machine—a car I can only dream of actually owning!—and I cannot recommend driving one highly enough. ​From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for us. If you need a rental, look no further than this branch. Some of the lowest rates in the business and one of if not THE lowest deposit requirements. Top-tier service all around, thank you all so much for the unforgettable experience!

  Harvey absolute arrogant manager who clearly discriminates customers based on looks. Booked out a vehicle online arrived to collect for them to demand £1000 deposit that’s not the issue because we didn’t want to put it on credit card they proceed to demand 3 other peoples contact numbers !!! Personal information of people who are not even going to use the vehicle and who have not given consent to there information being given .. I have now found out this is not normal policy after contacting head office and this is being investigated as Sam the assistant manager insisted it was normal because if we used credit card this wouldn’t of been needed never heard of such utter nonsense in my life !!! Avoid at all costs

  Would be zero stars if possible clear discrimination present, my partners work vehicle broke down so we needed an alternative reserved went down this morning to be told originally his drivers license isn’t valid that was rectified by a gentleman called Harvey as it was his error !! For him to then say we need a £1000 deposit and also you need to provide 4 contact names and addresses and numbers in order to hire I feel uncomfortable at the fact my partner very nearly gave enterprise my personal contact information without my consent !!! This is standard practice apparently my partner questioned this as nothing prior was stated in the terms and conditions and HARVEY got on his high horse as soon as my partner mentioned reviewing the company Harvey then proceeded to get aggressive with his tone and manner !!! Utterly appalling customer service !!! I believe my partner was discriminated against for the way he looks so if you like being judged and being made to provide other people’s personal information and being spoken to with aggressiveness and attitude then use this fire company!!
