A rental vehicle was arranged through my Insurance company, however Enterprise was exceptional by supplying and delivering the vehicle the day before my vehicle was collected for repair. Straight forward process of vehicle handover and explanation also collected early the following day once my vehicle was delivered back to me, thanks to all involved

Leave well alone. Totally unacceptable service, paid for a Premium SUV Volvo XC90 7 seater only to be told on collection they did not have the Volvo XC90 available and that they only had the Volvo XC60 5 seater. Having phoned the branch and hour earlier to ask if I could pick up the vehicle at 10.30 instead of 1.30 was told YES the premium SUV ordered was ready for collection. On arriving to collect the vehicle was told they had tried to source the XC90 but were unsuccessful and that the XC60 was all they had available which I had no option but to accept as we were leaving for south Devon that same day. I asked why the branch had not informed us that they couldn't get the XC90 and offered us an alternative he couldn't answer. Booked the XC90 7 seater SUV for the extra space as we were taking an 88 year old disabled man with us and disability scooter, 12 year old grandson and fishing tackle 10 month old puppy and crate along with 2 other adults luggage and groceries. Consequently could not take fishing tackle, dog crate or groceries of which had to be put in the bin. Money in the bin and more money spent on food once we arrived in Devon. Offered me a 25% discount on next booking, I promptly replied that there will be no next booking.
