Recently rented a mid size van from Enterpise in Newport Pagnell, to use as a support vehicle for a charity cycle ride from London to Berlin. The staff at this branch made the reservation, collection and return process so easy. The vehicle was clean (inside and out) on collection, and we had no issues at all over the 12 days we rented it for. It’s not the first time I’ve rented a van from this branch. I’ve always been very impressed with the service, hence whenever I need a van they are my first stop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS — ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Enterprise Newport Pagnell — honestly, they are the absolute best staff I have ever dealt with, anywhere. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. No rushing, no attitude — just brilliant, friendly service from start to finish. They took their time explaining everything clearly, walked around the car with me, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. But what really blew me away was when I accidentally left my wallet — with all my cards, driving licence and everything — in the centre console. I panicked when I realised and called them up. They didn’t make me wait or tell me to come in the next day — they went straight to check the car, found it, and actually brought it to me. They went completely out of their way to deliver it right to me, safe and untouched. That isn’t just “good service” — that is going way above and beyond, and I am so incredibly grateful. These staff are the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. They treat you like a person, not a number, and nothing is too much trouble. It’s such a rare and wonderful experience — especially compared to other branches I’ve used recently where the service was cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. 10/10 — every single rental I need from now on will be here. I’ll drive past other branches to come here. Absolute credit to Enterprise — thank you all so much! ❤️
