We have used Enterprise before and always get exceptional service. The staff are friendly and the vehicles are immaculate.

I have recently had a couple of cars from this branch through my car dealer then privately. I can’t recommend this place enough, everyone in this branch I have dealt with has been very professional and very helpful, especially Abby and Josh. Absolutely great customer service! Great clean cars! I have been very impressed with this branch and I highly recommend it!

Prompt and solid value service. Friendly team, car delivered spotlessly clean and ready to go. Only place I will go to for rentals. Use them via work and also for personal hire.

It's taken me a while to review (but I always intended on leaving one) mainly down to the experience I had at the branch on 21st-23rd August. I run an entertainment company and was caught out at short notice so needed to hire a van. I wanted to mention Johnny Boateng for his excellent customer service and willingness to resolve an initial issue, sometimes mistakes can happen and it's how you address and resolve those issues. He took the time to ensure I was on the road, and was very helpful. The collection and drop off process was also incredibly quick and I'm grateful for the help. I will definitely be using this branch again and hope this review reaches Johnny and his team. Thanks again - Matt @ MHX Entertainment Ltd.

Enterprise Bletchley - I dropped off the luton van, after driving from Birmingham, in the Bletchley office, again the team here were great, I dropped the van off earlier than the week long booking I had originally planned, and they were able to process a refund for me for the days I didn't use. Ansar was great in taking care of the refund for me. Abi even dropped me off home afterwards and was lovely.
