  Amazing experience with very helpful and friendly staff. Had a booking and went to pick up the car everything was ready and quick that I left within 10 min.

  If I could give 0 i would. We booked a van to move our things from my parents house to our new apartment in london. My husband does not own a credit card but we were told on the phone by a rep that a debit card was all that was needed to book the van. In our booking confirmation, this was reiterated that debit and credit card would be accepted. When my husband went to pick up the van, the staff at this branch told him because his driving licence "isnt from round here" (his driving license has E6 as the proof of address) that he had to have a credit card to collect the van. They did not accept a letter from our solicitors confirming our new address which we only got access to two days ago and therefore obviously do not have other proof of address yet...) No where in their T&Cs does it say that you 1) must have a driving licence for the Bexley Area nor 2) that a debit card isn't acceptable if you do not live in the Bexley area. (Bearing in mind 35% of British adults dont own credit cards and most people renting vans are unlikely to live in the area because they are moving). So after a lot of frustration and a team that refused to help us (and also couldn't share the correct policy / showed a different policy to the one I was sent with the booking) my husband had to get a very expensive taxi home, without a van, and we had to rearrange our entire move plans. I have still not received the refund. I would not recommend ever using this branch of Enterprise and if you do, make sure you have a credit card I guess!
