I changed two tyres on my vehicle and the lads advised me to have them on the front even though I wanted to swap them with the back ones. Two tyres change and full alignment toke an hour. In one word-Professionals.

I bought 4 Michelin tyres from ASDA and chose Protyre Enfield to fit them because they had the highest ratings locally. I also had brand new alloys fitted at the same time. They charged me £100 just to transfer the TPMS sensors from my old alloys to the new ones, which already felt excessive. During the work, they then broke my locking wheel nut and told me I needed to go to another nearby garage to have the remaining locking nuts removed. I ended up paying an extra £20 at this separate garage because of damage caused during the fitting process. When I returned to Protyre, they refused to reimburse me and simply said it was “part of the process.” Breaking a customer’s locking wheel nut and then making them pay extra elsewhere to fix the problem is not acceptable customer service. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I chose Protyre Enfield because of their reputation, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite of professional. I would not recommend them based on how this situation was handled.

It did take a bit longer than usual, but it was a Bank Holiday Monday, so I assume they were short-staffed. Asif at reception was polite and helpful, keeping things moving despite how busy it was. John, who worked on my car, was great he refilled the AC What really stood out was the extra care: John noticed that one of the bolts on my wiper blade was missing and kindly fitted a spare he had. That level of attention and willingness to help goes a long way. All in all, excellent service and a team that genuinely looks out for customers. Would definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
