Got there and the tyres hadn't been delivered, was told they would call me when they'd been delivered later that day so had to go back. Both tyres fitted and left under inflated, wheel Nuts left loose and wheel weight missing. Caused awful steering vibrations not long after leaving the depot. Had to go back and watch to ensure they were tightened properly. Also tried to charge for wheel balance which was free of charge on the booking, but insisted that I had to pay until I showed them. AVOID.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
