  Absolutely amazing service from enterprise as always. A car was arranged through them after our own new car had a complete clutch failure and had to go back under warranty. Enterprise were so good from the onset. Even when we discovered the first car they had given us had no air con we rang in and they immediately replaced it for another one.The customer service at this branch has always been outstanding and we would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation so easy for us it's a shame the same can't be said for Nissan in Dartford.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful Khan I have spoken to various people from the company as the the subpar treatment and am no further forward. Enterprise have also stolen £63 from me. They will not provide an answer as to why this is not refunded even though I have the invoice. I am awaiting to hear back still over 4 weeks on. Ridiculous. Crooks

  Totally feel scammed, recently hired a vehicle. When collecting the vehicle it was during a torrential downpour and was advised the vehicle didn't have any damage. During the hire on dry days I noticed a small chip on the windscreen which wasn't a concern as it was only probably 2-3mm in size and I presumed it mustn't have been a problem pre hire. On returning the vehicle the staff walked straight outside and straight to this very minor 2-3mm windscreen chip and advised me this makes the vehicle unsafe to drive and would have to charge me the £2250 excess fee. So far it's been over a month and they are still assessing the damage. This at worse would be a £50 repair that could have been done on the same day, but obviously they are using the money to cover the vehicle being off road. Totally feel done over, they should have given me a dry area to visually check the vehicle, so be warned if it's raining refuse to accept the vehicle and video the whole vehicle before accepting it.
